Family vacation

We arrived late and were given a separate room a bit far away from the beach resort. Paid for a deluxe room for 4pax but was given a room for 2pax. Asked for an additional mattress which arrived 2hrs after the request and a couple of follow-ups. The food choices were also quite limited.

Disgusting place. We were tricked by the photos in the website. They mixed up our rooms and try to gave us a room that had nothing to do with the one we booked. Excuses and more excuses I demand the money I payed for the stay and left. Once we arrived it's visible that the "resort", if you can call it a resort, it's old, dirty, actually very dirty and its not even high season... Everything is dirty, there's no reception, not even the chair they gave me to seat was clean. I don't even want to talk about the room, dirty, no aircon, disgusting toilet... well I just so glad that I didn't stayed there... After my complaint they returned me part of the money because they said they can't retrieve commission .... I was just so eager to leave that I didn't complain anymore... Everything about this place is lie and please don't stay there!!!!
