The hotel was anarchy and upheaval, the elevator was under maintenance for day and night, I had to climbing up from ground for until 30th floor, that’s true for 2 times. The technician didn’t even care about the residence or tenant. They close all 4 elevators machine. That was stupid. When the condominium in my countries are under maintenance, at least, they left one machine operating while the other under inspection. That was the most stupidity l, I have ever seen. I would rather not recommend you to stay here. The room was odor, restroom pretty dirty. No shampoo or soap even hand wash. Incomparable with hostel in japan or taiwan. Only one great thing is location, no more again never ever!!!

Located just in front of greenbrelt 5. It's under renovation but still has good accommodation and polite staffs. The room was nice, clean, and convenient for it had neccesary things I needed during my stay. Only that I found out an insect bite on my leg on my second day stay. I just hope that that insect died already for it dared to sneak into my so comfy bed. 😂

Very good location. Just across Greenbelt. However, the room was so dusty. My 1-year old son even got allergy due to the dust. Floor was dusty, table was dusty. super empty. Like the room is big. You can move around. But so empty you can hear your voice echoing. Even the sound from the TV was echoing. Sure, they said they were renovating, but shouldn't they prepare the room first before they let the guests enter the room? It's like we're walked-in. We booked the hotel I think 4 days prior to the booking date. On the good note, they have really friendly and accommodating staff. Price was cheap for the room size.

The hotel literally threw us out of our rooms. I was requesting for an extension, which I will pay, of course, but they just brushed me off like that.

Hotel as advertised did not look like the one provided in photo, the room is old. We got bitten by bed bugs in the middle of the night. Hotel staff only replaced our bed sheets after spraying a lot of Lysol. we did not receive any apology because of the incident from the hotel staff except from the housekeeper, towels are old, no bidet, old air conditioning unit, breakfast was so so. On the upside water pressure is great.

I have stayed here many times long ago in the past. This building really really needs renovation. Very old and outdated in the rooms. They have renovated the lobby area for appearance but have done nothing to the rooms.

Family vacation
Only issues no foyer for waiting guess. Stay guess no access to pool and gym. Breakfast better than our previous stay here. Still love the location and service. Will be returning next year. Keep my name on your record. Cheers Ed

The property is 24 minutes by car from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and six minutes away from the Ayala MRT3 Station. It’s six minutes by foot from the Greenbelt Park and seven minutes away from the Glorietta 3 Park.
Six room types are available to guests: Studio Executive, Studio Deluxe Room, Studio Premier Room, One Bedroom Executive, One Bedroom Premier, and Two Bedroom Suite. Rooms have air-conditioning, a dining area and a kitchenette, as well as cable TV, a refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven. The en suite bathroom has a hot and cold shower and complete bathroom amenities.
Greenbelt Mall is just across the street, and so are numerous food options available there. Manam is just nine minutes away by foot, while Sentro 1771 is just a minute away. Local Edition Coffee and Tea is a five-minute walk from the property, while People’s Palace is seven minutes away. Lusso, which serves French cuisine, is a two-minute walk away.
Shopaholics not only have access to Greenbelt, but also to Glorietta and The Landmark. Glorietta is 10 minutes away by foot, while The Landmark is 12 minutes away. The Ayala Museum is a three-minute walk from the property, while bars like Boiler Room and The Belle and Dragon are seven and eight minutes away, respectively.
