As part of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, the property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identification, travel itinerary, and other relevant information. Considering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, we request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and traveling. Please contact the property for more details. 5. Guests must provide a 2 valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. 6. The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of the room booked. Please contact the property for more information. 7. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. 8. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 9. The property does not allow joiners or visitors. 10. 01 Infant/Children age 0-10 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding. Guests 11 years and older are considered as adults Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge. 11. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any guest who breaches the maximum number of persons per room policy. Please be informed that Reddoorz (the Company) is employing centralized approach in the issuance of BIR- registered receipt to all our guest across the Philippines regardless of payment method (Pay at Hotel, Credit Card Payment or Bill to Client). This letter serves as a formal notice to you that our Company fully support and comply with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). In order to avoid inconvenience, kindly inform the hotel front desk upon arrival or check in for processing of the official receipt. Official Receipt Policy Scanned copy official receipt will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after complete verification and validation which will be sent via email. If you require physical copy of the receipt, our Company will send directly to your preferred address within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila, Please do take note that requirements may change from time to time without prior notice. Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.
