Medical Travel
The room was not cleaned and tended by the housekeeping for the whole 3 nights of my stay, no tissue refill. The toiletries and towel were not changed, my bed sheet was not changed for the whole duration of my stay. The tv reception was really poor—no remote control was provided. The wifi was not stable either. I requested for iron clothes but was advised that they don’t have and that it was prohibited in the inn. My bathroom door keeps on locking itself (that actually led me to think that my room is haunted). The elevator is really scary (like the one’s in horror movies) with manual doors—not going to recommend this inn and i’m not gonna comeback. I’m not really a complainer but out of the many hotels/inns I have stayed, this is really a thumbs down.

we just don't like the roads at night it was closed so it's hard for our grab driver to find nearest area to drop off

The room is fine. The bed is comfortable enough to have a worthwhile rest. I don’t usually watch TV during my stay but the TV reception is so bad. WiFi access is also not good. What I like about the property is friendly and accommodating front desk staff. I forgot to ask her name. What I don’t like about the place is the noise. I can hear someone laughing and playing the piano before midnight.
