The room was very clean. It’s kinda cramped but I like it like that. The room is very cozy such as the bed and I love their air conditioning, I like my room very cold and their air conditioning run full time.

The room was very spacious and clean and I liked the views. Two large waters were provided and coffee and tea. The location was great, very convenient to public transport and walking distance to many things. My only negative is that housekeeping woke me up at almost 10pm when I was jet lagged.

The room is not as roomy compared to all Expedia’s experiences, staffers were excellent except the night restaurant manager that made me go up to 15th floor to produce $3 (Hongkong dollar) for a disposable spoon.

Property has a nice view of the cityscape. Rooftop bar was not available. Not too far walking distance to other areas and easy access to the MTR. Im guessing it is my first time experience HK so im a little bit surprised of how people dont bother as much on the hospitality aspects of the hotel business industry vs other countries. Basically just cold answers, not much of a welcoming vibe or smile (i wasnt requesting anything for help just general talking to hotel staff and asking how they are doing) as well as a mild issue with English communication. Other than that its alright, forgot my apple watch there when i checked out and called them to double check for it and hotel staff said no they didnt find anything. Funny thing is my GPS tracker is on and still showing it being at the same location so thats that. Cant blame anyone I forgot my stuff there so its my fault i guess for giving the cleaning crew a choice to take my stuff. The bar upstairs was nice though wish the roof top was open

Rooms were clean and well maintained.
Facilities were good. Only problem we had is that after turning off the air-conditioning there was still an audible noise of air cycling through the system, which one of our party found distracted him from sleeping.
Otherwise all was great!

There is no space to do makeup or curl your hair. There are no plugs in the bathroom and the hotel has no extension cables that go from the far end of the room where the socket is to the bathroom. The bathroom is the only place with a mirror and there are no full mirrors. The room lighting is really low.

It´s location was very convenient for the work I was going to Hong Kong for. Breakfast was good, sufficient.
Room was in good size considering what HK usually offers. Walking distance from MTR, 2 shopping malls and a lot of nice dining options.
I would definitively return.

Great service, but property a bit dated and smell a bit mouldy. There is no shops or restaurant in the area. Have to cross the road and go for a short walk for convenient shop.
