When I first entered I was shocked when I saw the dirty pool, then I asked the staff to clean the pool, the staff were very friendly and immediately cleaned it, I thought it was only dirty because of dry leaves that fell into the water, but when I looked closer I was even more shocked because the pool water was very dirty, there were also lounge chairs beside the pool but they were just as dirty and dusty.. Next I went into the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty and the water was very yellow like rust The room door was broken, the garden lights were also off so at night the pool was dark Needs to be considered and improved especially regarding cleanliness For breakfast, the food is delicious

First of all, thank you for the staff which help us during the check in process, he was so friendly and kind. But it's all ruined when we came in to the room. Everything seems so terrible. The pool's dirty, the lights dull, there was a cigarette left on the dining area. The bed sheets were full of spots, the sofa cover was so dirty, the TV channels were mostly not work, the TV's screen colour was broken I thought, the bathroom area was terrible. And when we were check out, the electricity was down. We couldn't resist anymore, so we check out before 12 ASAP. It could be my first and my last here.

first check in has to shout and wait cause noone at reception. hot water doesnt work(very very very important!!!!) and useless staff no solution, pool dirty, no floor mat, drinking water empty, hottub dirty and rusty, tv channel doesnt work, plain thin pillow, no maintenance person, useless stove, mold, spiderweb etc (many more). i understand this is the cheapest villa, but come on! i can get 3x better with alot cheaper price from any other hotel!!! worst villa ever! booked for 2 nights and i totally regret it! not recommend ever!!!!

The pool cleanliness is very bad, like it has never been cleaned, the pool floor is slippery, there is a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool, the area around the pool is dirty. The TV can't turn on, there is no broadcast. The kitchen equipment is not complete for that price, the food is also ordinary, not according to the picture.

The staff is very friendly, very able to explain the details about check in. When entering the villa area, it was initially as usual and after walking around the dining table area there were many ants. When opening the refrigerator, there was still leftover food in the refrigerator, I don't know if it was from the previous guest. The kitchen and pool areas are very dirty. Sad and annoyed mixed together 🥺

Overall Good and Comfortable and can request honeymoon decoration even if it's sudden. But for the damp room area, it may need to be cleaned more often. Could be an option for the next trip.

For the room is not clean, the swimming pool is slippery, dirty. The bathroom is full of hair as if it hasn't been cleaned for a week. The breakfast is like in the photo, you know for yourself, for hot tea and coffee delivered 30 minutes after delivering breakfast? Even though we said we were in a hurry to the airport, it seemed like it was delayed.

Initially I had high expectations of this villa before I stayed, but when I arrived I was shocked why it was like this! I checked the kitchen area, there were rat droppings in the drawer, there were even rats but I didn't have time to video it because I ran away. The bathroom area should have been provided with toiletries and bathrobes according to the description but it turned out there were none at all. There were 2 bottles in the sink area that said shampoo & bath soap but only shampoo was filled. Then the AC was also broken, it didn't feel cold. The TV facilities were also just for display, there were no channels that could be watched. Swimming pool? The smell of chlorine is very strong, there are even feathers under the water (I suspect a rat had fallen there) and I also suspect that the pool was only added with cleaning fluid without being cleaned continuously. What a terrible experience staying there. I regret choosing and wasting my money here.

The room is spacious, very nice for gatherings, at first I was scared reading the reviews, but after arriving at the villa it was nice, the toilet was clean, the room was clean, the pool was also clean, overall it was still okay, not as bad as the reviews on gmaps.
