I was enjoying my time in Alam Cordela. I didn't have much issue but the hot water. The staffs were all very helpful. You can easily find food around the hotel. It was really nice to stay in Alam. I will surely recommend this hotel for you.

It 's disappointing and unpleasant stay. It started from how security couldn't act fast when I arrived in 8 pm and it was pouring. I got wet all over my body. Check in process went a lot longer than normal hotel. But everything was a completely ruined when I entered the room. The bathroom leaked due to heavy rain and made the towels and mat all wet. Hot water doesn't work properly. The water from the shower cannot be drained directly through the drain so the bathroom floor is flooded! I was so tired and the phone didn't work so I couldn't complain to the hotel. I won't stay here again. 👎.

That was my second time staying in this hotel. Overall, it was good. Even though there was a misunderstanding about the price of charge. I was asking for the real price of charge I was just making sure that there wasn't any mark up price without me knowing and didn't ask for the hotel's private policy. You guys need to learn how to control your emotion and try to listen and discuss in a good way first before talking in a high voice. But still, it was a good experience.

Recommended hotel to stay if you just need room to sleep as the room is clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Worth the price.. Surely I will return to this hotel if I have a visit to Medan.
