Poor cleaning of toilet. There is no person in restaurant to prepre egg for breakfast.

Bersih dan nyaman, bangunan sudah di renovasi.

Secara keseluruhan sudah oke. Namun ada catatan yg sangat perlu diperhatikan: 1. Kebersihan kamar, pada saat masuk area dekat pintu terdapat rambut berserakan (nampak jorok) dan linen sudah selayaknya dimasukan dalam kategori out of order. 2. Malam check in, menitipkan barang yg sudah di informasikan ‘ masuk ke chiller’ namun terkejutnya saat pengambilan di check out barang tidak dimasukan ke dalam chiller yg notabene makanan itu adalah gudeg 3 kardus dan 1 sosis yg harus frozen. Bukan perihal harga, toh 1 kardus gudeg 50.000 dan frozen sosis solo hanya 155.000 namun kecermatan di dalam menjalankan arahan dari tamu. Tolong FOM bisa memberikan training yg BENAR. 3. Point plus staff di FDA/GSA sangat ramah.

No clean at all for bed and rest room. Cocroaches ready to welcoming. Soap not available. Breakfast is okay even serves for tea and grill rice cakes. Need to be improved and learn from other well lodging.

One of the worst. Sangat buruk. They put some pictures of a room as advertisement but they gave a totally different room and totally different (worse and uglier) facility. This hotel cares only for one thing: your money.
