The AC was not cold, asked to change rooms but reception said to wait for the engineer to come and check the AC. Took almost an hour (45 mins approx.) To come (after 3 follow-ups. 2 times via call, 1 time I came down to the reception because it took so long). Engineers came, tried to fix the AC in the room with me inside the room. Dusts from AC came out all over the room. My sister & I both have allergies to dust and had trouble breathing afterwards, AC was still hot (problem is still not fixed). The rooms were not even fully booked which leads to the question if it 's standard procedure to fix the AC filled with customer instead of emptying it first. So unprofessional and uncomfortable for us. Receptionist was not helpful and not friendy. In the end we moved rooms but it took 2.5 hours which delayed my time to rest. Very inconvenient.

It was good and I recommend this place.

Clean room, simple style, and humble staff.

It is an astonishing experience. We stayed at Grand Club 2 Kingbed with full access of Ritz Carlton Club at 26th floor. Pool area is clean, spacious room, Jumbo Pillows and Bed, Good View, Staffs are very incredibly nice and Tasteful Asia Restaurant. One of experience we could never forget is being one hour spending our time in 26th floor Ritz Club snd meeting Royana, Miss Audrey, Christian, Mr. Audrey, Joshua and Irwan, they are paying us an attention of my kid birthday 👍

The staff is friendly, the room is celan and the amenities got you coverd the basis. Should consider with the location, but the maps got you there precise.

Nice to stay there with family.

The bedsheet and pillow sheet is somehow a bit grey to dark. Including the towel. It made me a bit anxious.

Lots of cockroaches. The air duct in the bathroom can't turn off so it creates a really bad buzzing sound.

Car parking very small and difficult to drive the Car.

Staff reception doesn't tolerate at all late check out, electricity shut down at 12 oclock. With unsmiley face asked us to check out before 12.30 otherwise will be charged. My wife was in the middle taking a shower then suddenly electrecity were shut down, as a hotel this is not a proper act of service.
