Luxury Hotels in Tangerang City Center, Tangerang

Ruangan ada colokan listrik di bagian bawah tembok, kamar mandi shower area sgt licin, kurang bersih, kloset tidak ada shower gun, handuk sudah dekil. Sgt below my expectation about kids friendly hotel.

Strategic location, spacious room. But equipment looks old already.

Kamar bersih, cm aroma rokok sangat tercium saat check in, dan beberapa furniture terlihat bekas terbakar rokok 🙏. But overall we love it, dengan keramahan dan kenyamanan lain nya. Nilai plus untuk area gym dan sauna, serta menu sarapan yg sederhana namun enak.

The food taste is terrible. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned yet, the door was open, bathroom trashcan is not empty, the bed wasn't made.

Sarapannya enak dan pilihannya banyak. Banyak menu unik yang tidak biasa disajikan di hotel lain. Stafnya juga ramah dan sangat membantu. Saat sudah check in, tiba-tiba turun hujan dan kamar ternyata bocor. Staff hotel dengan sigap memindahkan kami ke kamar yang jauh lebih dekat dengan lift, meski tidak banyak pemandangan yang bisa dilihat. Di kamar yang baru, drainase kamar mandi area shower agak sedikit tersumbat, airnya agak lama menggenang, mungkin perlu dicek salurannya. TVnya agak jadul, dan tidak ada Netflix, walau ada saluran TV kabel standar, tapi kamarnya nyaman dan luas banget. Kolam renang cukup baik, walaupun tidak terlalu besar. Overall recommended dengan harga yang terjangkau. Cocok buat weekend getaway bersama keluarga. Di belakang hotel banyak warung yang baru buka setelah magrib, jadi ga perlu beli online. Untuk yang suka jogging pagi², lingkungan sekitar hotel kurang nyaman dipakai jogging karena banyak kendaraan besar dan jalannya kurang lebar.

Good, bersih. Parkiran perlu ditata lebih rapi lagi.

As far as I know, Novotel has an excellent image. Unfortunately, my experience during staycation at Novotel Tangerang, ruined the image. Here are the details: 1. I booked 3 rooms (for me & my family). We came there around 3PM, but the receptionist need some times to served us and he told that the rooms has been prepared. After several times, he came to us and gave the room access. Almost forgot, the receptionist wrote my name as"Mr.", while he copied my Identity, oh my God. 2. Since we stayed for 2 nights, the next day morning (Saturday), before we left rooms for breakfast, swim, gym, etc, we put the signs to clean up our room. We came back to the rooms around 1. 30pm, but they didn't clean the room yet. Because we're so tired, we need some nap, so we take off the Clean Signs. 3. I called hosekeeping line before we left for dinner, and I asked them to clean up 3 rooms"right now", because we already asked since morning, but they didn't come. 4. We back to our room after dinner, and the rooms already clean, but. In my room, they only gave 1 TOWEL, so I called the housekeeping line to asked 2 TOWELS. 5. My family room (the next room to mine), there was a wet duster/WIPER on the desk! And it really surprised us! How come they left it on the table! I hope my review will improve service for Novotel Tangerang. I had a lot of experience for staycation, but this is the WORST. Thanks. Ms. Agustin.
