Breakfast gurih enak. Makanan banquet nikahan nya enak. Lorong lantai 3 agak bau karpetnya. Overall just OK. Sukses selalu FaveHotel

A little tips for everyone who planned to stay in this hotel, please give a special request for non smoking room in advance. If you don't write any preferable room, if the hotel are full booked and you're not smoking, then the smoking room are really unpleasant to rest. I have to spent a very bad night (thankfully it 's just a day) cause it 's hard for me to breathe due to smoke all around the hallway and room.

Lokasi bagus 500 m jalan ke Tunjungan plaza dan sekitar banyak makanan khas Surabaya. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar sangat dingin dan ac tdk bisa diapakan dan kaca kamar mandi sedikit kotor. Kamar sangat kecil. Secara keseluruhan lumayan dengan harga kamar. Sarapan kurang enak.
