2 Stars Hotels in Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung

I book for non smoking room and they gived me smoking room because all the room is fully bood, they moved me from non smoking and high floor to lower floor and smoking room.

Not worthy of being a 3 star hotel, lots of stains on the floor and carpet, bad smell, blankets with lots of stains. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken water tap. Not recommended to stay. I immediately moved hotels as soon as I saw the room.

Always choose this hotel every time I visited Bandar Lampung, feels like home. Staff is very friendly, helpful and always give their best for hospitality. The food in restaurants is delicious, the view (especially in deluxe room sea view) is wonderful. Gym, swimming pool, Playground is well manage. Keep up the good work 👍😊.

Saya rekomendasikan untuk menginap di hotel ini. Kamarnya luas, viewnya bagus, amenities lengkap ada bathrobes dan hair dryer. Handuk untuk muka juga ada. Puas menginap disini. Staff jg ramah-ramah. Sukses untuk Traveloka dan Swiss-Belhotel Lampung.

I order superior room without any drtails regarding double or twin, however the receptionist told me if I order the twin:).

Bad pelayanan, padahal kita udah ksh tahu bukti kalo lg sakit & dlm perawatan dokter karena DBD, dari traveloka mau bantu buat cancel tapi hotelnya kayak tai. Padahal itu high season, harusnya dg mudah dijual lg & kita konfirmasi juga dr H-4 dan kita cek harga update lbh mahal dr yg kita beli. Ya anggep aja buang siap dah.

1. I was asking for smoking room but they didn'd gave any infomation if they don't have it before I arrived. 2. Room's door old key. 3. Bathroom door can't cloesed properly. 4. Dirty room and diry for all the equipment/tools/device included bathroom. 5. Not proper/OLD and UGLY shower equipment
