Reception was very slow, it takes 2 hours to check in! Can not sloved problem. Room was disaster, dirty hair every where. Carpet smell rotten wet. Dusty. Never ever coming back to this hotel. Breakfast was bad. No chair for sitting down. Unbelievable not recommended place to stay. One more, the security never assist us durning parking just standing there like nothing happen! We booked 3 room.

The check in process should be faster indeed. They said the room was ready but they need to check first and it took longer than 20min, what kind of check needed? Aside from that, everything is great, clean and meet my expectation. All staffs are very nice and helpful, the aisle smells great, and the location is very near from the city center.

We stayed at Artotel Mangkuluhur for 1 day during my friend 's business trip. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staffs. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍.

I stayed for 5 nights at the artotel suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta for a holiday. I booked the Classic King Studio (with Room Breakfast). What I was happy about: 1. Large and spacious room with Wi-Fi. 2. Clean and comfortable bed, pillows, and bedsheets. What I was not happy about: 1. The carpet used for the room could do with a better deep-cleaning or perhaps revamp. A 5-star hotel room should not smell musty at all. 2. The water supply stopped flowing for 8 hours during the second night of my stay, which was quite an inconvenience-once again, not something one would expect from a 5-star hotel. 3. The bathtub shower 's design directs water to flow onto the toilet floor-even with the curtain drawn. Definitely something that should be looked into as well as it got very slippery and is potentially hazardous. Overall, I am not inclined to recommend staying at this hotel even though the price I paid is extremely attractive. I believe one can find a 4-star hotel with better-maintained rooms and facilities than this 5-star hotel. With that being said, I really hope artotel suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta can improve or correct the things that I have highlighted as these are from my personal experience.

I actually like the room but the hotel service is a big no. Last night I need a cutlery so I pressed the make up button to get their assist but nobody came in until this morning. Then I tried to call for room service but as you can see on the picture there's no information which number to dial the room service. Too bad this happened at a five-star hotel. Artotel, can you do something better than this?
