Overnight at Aston Inn Gresik because there is service there. The location is very easy to find, strategic, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. There is a little suggestion, maybe on the ground floor before the lobby security can be a little more help full carrying luggage, if visitors seem to be carrying a lot of things or maybe a bell boy is provided.

The second time staying here, the service is still friendly and okay even though special requests are not fulfilled such as cake slices and art towels, maybe it's not a pandemic anymore so the hotel is already busy so the request now has to be paid. It's just a shame that when I asked for an additional key card, another one was rejected on the grounds that the key card was out because the occupancy was too busy. What? So it's a bit difficult to go anywhere. There is also no keycard in the room to turn on the electricity, so I only put the keycard in to turn on the electricity. If you want to open the room, you have to call the person who is inside because there is only one key card.

Pengalaman kami menginap di Aston Gresik menyenangkan, kamar dan kolam renang nya bersih, air panas di kamar maupun di tempat bilas di kolam renang bekerja dengan baik. Breakfast cukup banyak pilihan nya dan enak masakannya. Masukkan dari saya untuk kebaikan hotel, Mas bellboy nya bisa standby di lobi bawah, atau mungkin bagian keamanan nya bisa menawarkan terlebih dahulu untuk layanan mengantar barang (kebetulan waktu itu bawaan saya berat, dan ajak 2 anak kecil). Selain itu juga dari program safe earth dari sampah plastik, oke, tapi sebaiknya teko air putih nya bisa diisi penuh terlebih dahulu sebelum tamu masuk ke kamar (pengalaman dulu menginap di Aston Banjarmasin teko air terisi penuh). Tapi overall menyenangkan menginap di Aston Gresik bersama teman dan keluarga.

Kami menginap 4 hari di Aston Inn Gresik saat moment hari raya Idul Fitri. Hotel menyatu dengan mall Gresmall. Positive: dekat mall, semua fasilitas sangat baik seperti kolam renang cukup besar dengan kedalaman 1.2m dan kolam untuk anak juga ada, anak kami hampir setiap hari renang dan bermain air. Menu sarapan juga enak terutama ketupat sayur saya sangat suka, air minum tidak dalam bentuk kemasan tetapi disediakan tempat air (jug) yang bisa diambil suka-suka di dispenser yang diletakkan di koridor lantai kamar tentunya ini membantu mengurangi sampah plastik. Negative: pertama untuk check-in kami kesulitan mencari lobby hotel dan sangat sedikit petunjuk letak lobby hotel. Ternyata lobby hotel berada di gedung parkir lantai 7 dan saat di lobby tidak ada petugas yang membantu mengangkatkan barang ke receptionist sehingga kami harus membawa barang sendiri sampai ke kamar begitupun saat check-out semua self service. Overall kami puas dan pasti menginap lagi di sini. Terima kasih.
