So far, I have never been disappointed staying here, the front office even though I checked in in the middle of the night and was still sleepy, still served me in a friendly manner, only the toilet equipment in the room, if there is something missing, I have to call the front office directly

the staff is friendly, but when I chose a room with free pick up, I didn't read it carefully.. I thought the airport pick up and drop off was free, but it turns out it's only pick up. for the pick up you have to pay 80k, then the sheets are not very clean, there are stains the driver is also fun to talk to

(+)The staff is very helpful from check in to check out. The room is spacious, although the toilet is quite small but there is enough space to put toiletries, the amenities are hotel standard. (+) there is a terrace to the garden on the 2nd floor which is very comfortable. (+) 30 minutes from/to the airport (-) above my room there seems to be a water machine that sounds every 6-12 hours and it is very annoying (-) far from the city center, only 400m from the complete Aeropolis.

Overall everything is ok. Only in the bathroom the shower curtain is brown and some parts are also brown, the large glass in the room looks like it has only been partially wiped. It would be nice to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room again. Sorry, I also work in the hospitality industry. Thank you

I got to the terminal at 3:10pm and wanted to book a hotel. Can I actually be picked up? I was asked to wait 1 hour at the airport to be picked up. It turned out that I could only apologize. The driver had already returned, even though I wanted to book because I could be picked up and already confirmed in the application. the distance is only 2.2 KM, it turns out to be 11 KM,, the next day I asked to be delivered, but I can't because the driver is only 1 week old, I'm staying here, it's just nice, the room is spacious
