The room was dirty and creepy. The water heater was not working properly. The good point was that the staffs were very polite and friendly.

It was super confusing. No staffs at all, I have to call them multiple times to check-in and escort to the cottage. Room is definitely unkempt, no basic amenities etc. Not worth your stay.

Awful. The whole idea of weekend get-away was chill out, relax and having a great sleep. And it's hard to do when you're next to an all out screaming Batak's concert full of ignorant peoples, up until middle of the night.

Very very bad service. Bad smell of linen/pillow etc Need 30 mins since arrived till entering room. Dirty room. Too far from room to carpark. Never ever come again and absolutely not recommend this hotel.

They don’t have a security in the village gate, the bed was dirty from the ceiling and the ceiling so dirty from the cobwebs. They supposed give us drinking water heater if they give us coffee and tea sachet. The breakfast also not good. The only that I like there is only view from the villa is Mountain View. Please working on your service be better.

Very good outdoor view but need to remind the hotel officer for the cleanup and hot water condition. After they fix them, all are okay.
