It was very dirty. The bed made us feels cautious, theres ants, bugs, flies, mosquitos, and they need to fix parts of the room espescially the bathroom.

Lokasinya terpencil jauh dari keramaian tapi tdk didukung dg fasilitas yg nyaman. Kamar mandinya gelap jadi terkesan horor. Suasananya juga terasa mencekam. Jd overthinking deh inget film2 horor. Apalagi suara serigala melolong terdengar di mlm hari. Saya lgsg pindah ke hotel lain. Mending buang uang 400rb drpd tersiksa semalaman. Kamarnya turun jauh ke bawah jd capek naik turun tangga. Not recommended utk anda yg penakut.

The place was strategically placed, you can access the main road with all the attractions, but without the crowdiness. But you need a decent car or bike for challenging the terrain. Staff were decent, but isn't fully trained to accept many guests, they lost count of our breakfast order (6 orders). The Kayuan and Batur Mountain View Hotel is actually one same places, they just renamed it recently. The room was clean and spacious, but need extra care, since most lightbulb are dead. Overall was a decent stay for 30 USD/night, with a beautiful view in front of your room.

Old hotel with nice view, the place a bit noisy due traffic way up and down for truck dumpling the sand from base point below the hotel

The picture of standard room is a a bit different from the actual room. So we decided to get the deluxe room instead. But it wasn't satisfying either. The wasn't any cable television, the electrical port wasn't function properly and so far away from the side of the bed. The staff was friendly but very limited.
