The room was not clean and dirty, dust everywhere and lots of hair in the bathroom. There were still leftovers of food on the table. And the most dirty thing was that there were lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room. Small cockroaches and quite large cockroaches. So disgusting. The receptionist was also difficult to contact, it took a very long time to get through them. When I asked for room service for Baygon or something like that, and when the room service arrived, they really smelled of cigarettes and may their feet were dirty, so they actually made the bathroom floor dirty because the floor turned black. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room because if there are cockroaches and a lot, it's a really big no:).

Quite happy to spend a night staying in this hotel, not very best but still can be liveable for a night. Suggest: need to clean the bathroom because it looked dirty and the internet + TV need to improve better.

Good Facilities, friendly staff, with a good price come with a good breakfast, everything is delicious the room is good, but the bed kind of dirty, found some blood stain on bedcover the hot water sometimes not working if you get hungry, so many food near hotel if you need some snack or looking for supermarket, you can walk across the hotel if you need medical need you can walk only 5 meter from hotel need some coffee? walk for 50 meter if you need to shopping you can walk to Tunjungan Plaza for 1,5 kilometer or just use grab/gojek the food sells on the hotel not to pricey but come with big portion too i'll stay in this hotel for next time
