Jangan bilang ada kolam renang kalo gak bisa berenang 😆 karena kolam renang kecil itu hanya untuk guest villa 😂 itupun ketika kita bertanya pada cleaningservice.

I stayed in one of the rooms that had a strong odor, like rusty iron or another unpleasant smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. The hotel staff provided air freshner, but it didn't help. I attempted to comunicate my concerns and requested to be moved to a different room. However, I received a response stating that rooms were fully booked, even though there were still many empty rooms on the same floor that should have been available. It felt like my complaint was not being taken seriously. This odor gave me a headache.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious. But the room was also VERY dirty (stains on the bed, on the shower door and tiles, on the towels, on the mirrors, on the carpet, on the curtains, dust on the surfaces, hair on the floor, etc.) Too bad the cleaning staff isn't trained properly to keep the rooms clean.

Good service and great breakfast. The staff was really welcoming and helping. But unfortunately I took the cheapest room and it wasn't a good experience. As you can see in the pictures, the room had old stains and was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, it was really disappointing. When I asked to swap rooms, they said the hotel was fully booked and offered to clean the room. So I showed the staff the stains (there was also hair in the bathtub, the sink and some sticked on the wall). They changed the stained sheets with other stained sheets, so that was a waste of time. They removed the left packaging and left the hair in the toilet (without flushing). They tried to clean the mold in the bathroom but you can't just remove it like this so of course it was still there. And, the icing on the cake were the mosquitoes. The hotel was full of them, including the rooms. I woke up in the middle of the night, bitten everywhere, so I turned the AC on and covered myself with the blanket leaving just my head out. And, of course, the next morning I had 3 big swollen bumps on my forehead.

Arrived around 3.30 PM and the room was not ready. Later, massive AC troubles. The crew seems to take it lightly and just apologized instead of looking for a solution to fix it the AC. At 1.30 AM requested to move room as it was not comfortable to sleep in the hot and humid room

An OK hotel for one night before going out to the islands but the hotel has seen better days. Comfortable beds on the plus side.
