Kamar bau rokok pdhl udh minta yg non smoking. Yg lebih parah kasur dan selimut nya walopun udh terlihat di laundry tapi banyak noda dan kotor bgt. Dan banyak serangga plus kecoa kecil2 yg keluar dari bawah kolong kasur dan dinding🥲 lobby sangat panas. Yg plus nya menang di lokasi doang krn deket ke mall2, tapi kalo disuruh balik lagi ga sih. Jorok bgt, cukup sekali aja 🙏🏻.

AC outdoor unit is poorly placed, when someone smokes somewhere, the second hand smoke got into the room and fume quickly fills the space for few minutes.

The aircon in lobby reception area was off, they said the blower was broken, so when I worked in lobby area, it was so hot. The room was so terible. The aircon also was leaking, the sheet, pillows smelly, many cigaretes outside the window, the sink leaking, and I pay for the breakfast, I was puke, the breakfast so smelly, and even the tea was smelly. Please, if you had to savings because the pandemic, please take care your services also.
