Beautifully decorated. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent services by staff. Price is great. Location is in the middle of surabaya. Breakfast: taste was not so great but had pretty wide selection of meals. Parking lot was narrow especially the basement, but they provide free valet to park your car.

Room is OK. However all the 3 lift sequence was not sync. I don't know why they do that b you need to press 3 buttons to see which one will come first. Imagine everybody pressing 3 buttons on each floor. The lift that you are in will stop at all floors before guest are pressing all 3 buttons. Even if they have enter into the lift but the other 2 lifts will still stop at that floor. I was very frustrated to wait 15 minutes for the lift and then another 15 minutes to go down because it is stopping at all floors. I was staying at 18 floors.
