I have stay for 2 nights with my family in this hotel without any air-conditioning at all. Early in the morning after the first night I was already complaining to the receptionist and hoping they would fix the AC problem while we were out the whole day. But the AC still didn't get fixed even after we came back the second night. We didn't get any room replacement for it, and the only thing we get is a sorry from the management for it without any compensation at all. Other things are, the equipment are very old, not to mention improper breakfast plus a very bad smell towel and pillow. Worst hotel I've ever been in my life, it's a nightmare and a bad choice for our family to had a vacation for new year 's eve in Bandung. It is really suck!

Took the cheapest room (maybe). Hot shower, good sleep, and good breakfast, not bad for 1 night business trip stay. But, for 2014 hotel building, needs more maintenance. Will I back to stay in this hotel in the future? Don't think so.
