I enjoy the stay everytime I book this hotel but this time round it does not have hot water for shower. Very disappointed.

I stay here for 2days, this hotel recommend from my boyfriend. For solo travel like me, this hotel is OK, nice, because so easy to find food. Near bak kut teh 😋, Near mall just walk 3 minute. Near pasar, banyak kedai kopi, near minimart indomaret and alfa 😅. Saya suka. The all man reception is welcome also. Tapi selimut tidur kurang bersih ya, And wifi sering disconnected for me. Terima kasih, maybe next time if, I coming batam again, I will stay in de best hotel again🤣

Overall, satisfied. Affordable rate with bigger room space. It would be better if it has electric kettle in the room. Very near to BCS Mall and eateries nearby. Recommended to stay, but just notice that the price keeps increasing to more than $30. I managed to book below $30 per night.
