Villa dgn kamar family living riverside sangat nyaman kalau pergi bersama family, karena ada 2 kamar dan ruang tamu. Ada banyak fasilitas alam dari hotel juga, jadi kalau stay di hotel aja ga akan bosen. Namun sangat disayangkan kamar mandi tidak bersih, ada beberapa kotoran menempel di westafel dan wc, karena dibersihkan yg kurang optimal. Dan sangat disayangkan sekali kalau hotel ini belum profesional saat pelayanan sarapan. Kami sarapan di jam 8 pagi tapi semua makanan habis dan petugas sangat lamban sekali dalam menambah porsi makanannya, banyak meja kotor juga belum dibersihkan, petugas kewalahan sekali karena petugas yg bertugas sangat dikit. Saat diberikan saran terkait sarapan, staffnya bilang karena hotelnya sedang penuh. Sangat tidak profesional sekali jawabannya. Kalau memang tidak bisa menyediakan sarapan untuk semua tamu lebih baik tidak perlu menyiapkan sarapan!
