Overall very good value for money, but two big downers for me were the suffocating cigarettes smoke smell in what I specifically asked for non-smoking room, pretty sure someone smoked in the room before and the cig smell was trapped in the AC. Do they actually have a non-smoking room to begin with? Doubt it. And second ding was their glitchy room card, I struggled to open my room using that card, fix it already. But the front desk doesn't seem to care. Other than that the room was well equipped with lots of electrical outlets, good TV channels and good bedding and the best part was its surrounding-bca atm next door, Magal Korean BBQ, massage parlor, Shell gas sta to fill up rental car and Pizza e Birra and Boncafe and Ranch Market across the street, truly best location ever.

Handuk sdh lama dan butek. Hari terakhir AC ga bisa dinyalain. Yang sgt menyusahkan klo naik grab harus bayar 8000 utk masuk ruko atau lewat jalan kecil becek utk ke jalan utama kalau ga mau bayar.

Regarding towels and air conditioning, we will follow up by cross-checking and evaluating with the relevant departments. For information, our hotel area is managed by Pakuwon, where if any of our guests enter the Pakuwon parking area, they will be charged a fee of IDR 5,000-IDR 8,000 and an additional fee of IDR 100,000 for staying overnight. However, for the time being we can only negotiate regarding overnight fees that are not charged to our guests on the condition that they provide validation of the parking ticket. We had to pay parking fee each time we left the hotel, since the hotel is located in the commercial area (office and other business place). That made us uncomfortable and paid more.
