Nice service overall, very helpful receptionist. Even the Fave hotel itself didn't have it's own swimming pool but we're allowed to access Aston's swimming pool through the connection bridge, the food's taste were good.

Good location and rest area with affordable price. Jogging from hotel to point 0 is 3 km so round trip is 6-7 km. Good for people who like jogging.

Comfortable, clean place to stay. The breakfast is varied from porridge, snacks, iconic food (rice pecel), drinks and desserts. The app is very easy to use. Next time will come back here again. Thank you.

The first time staying there was very memorable. Access from the city is close, complete facilities ranging from swimming pool, gym, sauna, there is Indomaret (one with Aston), breakfast dishes are available from snacks, porridge, salad, dessert, drinks. Ordering through the app is very helpful. Next time I will come back again. Thank you.

Probably the bare minimum standard I'd accept of a room as an international tourist. For the price, I can't really complain. Small room with very few surfaces to put things on but still relatively comfortable. Bathroom was very basic but pretty clean. No bottled water provided in an effort to save plastic, but that's frustrating when tourists are having to buy bottled water anyway. Mosquitoes got in overnight. The restaurant that's shared with the Aston Inn had some of the best food I've eaten in Indonesia so far, and the breakfast buffet was the most varied and good quality I've had so far. 5/5 for the food/restaurant. Makes up for a basic room.

Minimal directions to the hotel lobby from the car park at the back. I got lost taking the elevator near the parking lot, but had to go down again and walk to the front. Oh my.

The AC in room 509 is not cold enough, maybe it needs to be serviced more often, the air filter needs to be cleaned to make it cool, other facilities are ok, just the AC
