Cozy room. Complete amnesties. Nice hot shower. Slept like not wanting to wake up again. I ate almost all of menu on the breakfast buffet, not too many varieties like 4 * hotel of course, but all of them are great. Free parking for car. In central city just few walking steps away from big malls. No complaints on anything, great value for such affordable price.

I will do SWOT analysis to help the manager doing better maintenance. [STRENGHTS]]]] 1. Affordable price. 2. Clean bedsheet. 3. Wide full body mirror. 4. Easy reservation. 5. Lucky one to view traffic of Ir. Soekarno road. 6. Clean water. [WEAKNESSES]]]] 1. Unlucky customers will stare at local neighbourhood rooftoops, because not all the rooms facing towards east. Not your kind of eye vitamins. 2. Some electrical switches don't function properly. 3. Tiny weeny piccaninny desk, I desperately cannot believe this. The desk even cannot handle my make up pouch and my meals. If you plan to do your virtual meeting here, just put your computer on the floor. I should've written this on the very top but well. 4. The air conditioner is NOT located above the bed so yes the temperature will never meet your expectation. 5. Small space parking lot. [OPPORTUNITIES]]]] 1. Geographically strategical spot. 2. Please provide bigger room for a family with two or more children too. 3. Please put a rectangular desk instead of that pathetic desk, put this on your top priority. [THREATS] (almost zero but,) 1. Your competitors may bring higher prices and higher maintenances in the future, so benchmarking to the 5-stars could be a good choice to grow a better service next day.
