I arrived near midnight, but they are still very helpful. The check in and out process was fast and easy. I have a nice sleep, and the staff were friendly when I leave my baggage to take later in the evening.

Room is okay, not as cold as I like. Phone is kind of useless I tried ringing the house keeping and the receptionist to ask for something and there 's no aswer. Also there 's this pinkish stain on the bedcover. But overall the place is nice, the staffs that I do see is nice, and the price is also good, might stay here again sometimes.

One of the front desk agent named Sulthon has not polite and no attitude at all when knocking the door telling us to check out. Most worst service of favehotels property I ever stayed. Please reprimand your staff!
