Stayed one night with my family. Check-in process was a bit long. And could only enter at 3 o'clock. Fortunately I came at 3 o'clock so I didn't wait long like the other guests. Provide a deposit of 500 thousand and only cash. Ordered Deluxe Suite type, two rooms. One double bed and one single bed. The room is good, clean and enough for a large family. The kitchen does not have a stove but provided plates and bowls. AC in the room there is a unit and central and quite cold. Hotel staff is also friendly. In the morning we swam. The pool was quite clean and fortunately not too crowded yesterday. There was a sand pool like on the beach so the children was so happy. The environment in the pool was also clean. There are also many street food a. Round the hotel and close to the mall. I think I will return to the Grand Tropic. Thank you.

We booked business but got given the lowest room standard half the size. Eventually, on the second day, we got moved to business. Nothing like the pictures! We booked so we could cook and the room looked nice. Kitchen now empty, no cooker or anything. No decoration, nitmlooks like an abandoned room. I definitely don't recommend it. The kids ' pool was also very dirty. We were planning to extend our stay, but instead, we will move to another place.

Very wide room and enough to me and my kids. It 's also near to mall and especially Jakarta Aquarium my kids really want to go there. And we got the place only by walking. And the staff so helpful and they gave us 3 bread when in First CI. And it was nice easy to have things also because in the main lobby there is also Minimart to have some needs.

Great swimming pool, but room is old, smelly not good but clean. A lot off smoking mark on furniture. Don't use the towel cause its like been worn thousand hundred times. Need update access card if you stay more than 1 day. Fasility team so helpful. So close to many placeses. So ill give ⭐ for swimming pool. ⭐ only ⭐ or less for the room.

2 times staying here. First stay I got no towel in the room. I felt okay maybe the staff was busy. I took a bath without towel. Second time the same thing happened again. And now without utensil at the room. No glass to make a coffee. I think that will be my last time staying in this hotel

An Old hotel but its okay because the room is clean and good maintenance. I stayed 4 nights, there are no towels, soap and shampoo (soap and shampoo only in the 1st day). I asked towels and the reception told me to wait in my room but I didn't receive it until the next morning, wow. The room ' s picture is very different with the real. Feel cheated haa. Security in basement doesn't manage parking car properly. Not according to price. Any comment from the hotel management?
