As a Muslim, the room is not clean for me to do my prayers. The staff went in to the room without taking off his shoes. The rest is ok for me.

The hotel is bad and the hotel is a dirty place. I ordered for 3 nights directly. Pas see his room rush to check-out. The sheets and sheets are full of stains. Because I was disgusted, I immediately checked out and my wife and I looked for another place to stay. I could not take a photo because I could not stand it hastily. Very poor service, check-in duration is approximately 45 minutes. Because the receptionist did not understand how to confirm the hotel

The AC remote isn't there, so it's hard to control the air in the room, lock the bathroom door and the main door is broken. Can you please repair it to make it more comfortable. thanks.

The rooms are quite spacious, it's just that there are some bathrooms / wc that can't be closed, the top is leaking.

For services at the hotel Harisman is nice and friendly. But the hotel called to the room not knowing when it was 2 pm to call, just wanted to ask for a meatball bowl that was ordered just in the afternoon. Already there I want to take a break if the evening goes back to the hotel but it turns out that starting at 9pm beside the room there are already noisy karaoke people, and even at 3:00 in the morning the music is remixed, so it really can't rest. For advice to the hotel, maybe the room is airtight so that the sound of music in the restaurant next door doesn't sound.
