Homestay Diengcool 4

The place is nice and clean. It's comfortable but unfortunately the water heater doesn't work so I have to boil the water in the shower. The thing is, the weather is really cold 😅.

Tidak sesuai dengan yang diiklankan, kami datang sudah jam 7 an malam, tidak ada air panas / heater di kamar mandi, kami tidak bisa mandi (dieng memang tempat yang sangat dingin) esok paginya, sudah tanya ke admin penginapan namun tidak ada solusi & akhirnya kami cek out lebih cepat. View tampak depan & bagian samping, gak menyenangkan- tidak sesuai yang diiklankan 😂😩

Highly recommended, comfortable and clean, just a shame the hot water doesn't work properly. But it's okay to get a replacement by heating water in a pan 😀.

Jauh dari ekspetasi seperti difotonya, air toren sempat habis pagi hari.

Tidak sesuai harapan kami. Untuk air hangat tidak keluar dan air di wastafel sanggat kecil sekali, untuk mencuci gelas saja kami harus mengambil air dari kran di kamar mandi. Tidak disarankan untuk lansia karena untuk masuk ke dalam rumah lumayan tinggi dan untuk menuju dapur dan kamar mandipun terlalu tinggi.

Pertama mau check in mencoba telfon dulu ke admin karena kita datang sudah hampir jam 18.00 pas ditelfon malah direject sama admin nya. Sampe di sana liat kantor villa Diengcool grup pas disamperin orangnya ga ada yang mau keluar alias cuek cuek aja padahal ada orangnya, akirnya kita tanya tetangga villa sebelah trus diarahin lagi ke kantor yang tadi setelah berusaha akirnya ketemu juga tuh sama yang jaga. Pas masuk ke villa nya agak kotor, keset kamar mandi ga diganti dan basah banget. Wc nya persis seperti digambar tapi jorok ada kain pel dan embernya bener-bener kotor banget ditaro disitu bikin jijik ke kamar mandi, wastafel juga kotor dan kerannya sudah rusak. Area dapur juga ga kalah parahnya apalagi dekat tong sampah itu kotor banget, trus wastafel cuci piring juga kotor masih banyak bekas kotoran cuci piring tamu sebelumnya, di dalam lemari piring ada kecoa, semua peralatan dapur yang ada di lemari juga masih basah baru dicuci bahkan ada yang masih ada kotoran dan sabunnya, bau tidak enak juga sangat terasa diarea dapur dan kamar belakang bener bener bikin ga nyaman. Air yang diberikan juga air isi ulang bukan air mineral bermerek yang aman dikonsumsi untuk diminum. Akirnya kita pesen makanan direstonya yang barcode nya ada ditembok villa taunya makanannya ga ada yang bisa dimakan parah bener rasanya trus pesen minuman juga ga ada yang dateng sama sekali. Yang paling parah bener-bener ga ada air dari malam menginap, mau buang air susah banget harus ditahan sampe pagi pas pagi juga airnya masih ga nyala sampe mau check out akirnya kita mandi dipemandian umum itupun pas balik ke villa buat pipis aja airnya ga ada, admin dikomplen sama sekali kagak bales sempet ngeliat tukang villanya benerin pipa di samping villa dan baca comment juga rata rata alesannya sama bilang PDAM nya mati dan semua villa disitu juga mati kayaknya emang ga ada airnya nih villa tapi tetep aja disewain. Pas mau check out ada yang jaga tuh Mbak mbak, saya kasih konci trus komplen tentang air dan minuman saya yang ga dateng tapi mbanya ga ada minta maaf apalagi balikin duit yang udah saya bayar buat minuman saya. Pikir pikir lagi deh kalo nginep di sini jangan ketipu sama gambarnya.

Steady hot water can take a shower in very cold weather conditions, the kitchen is okay, complete with rice cookers. The water dispenser, unfortunately, the room is a bit dark because of the color of the walls. The mattress is good, the spring bed is better than the photo. The condition of the house is standard but spacious, good price, can make 6 people. If you want to sleep in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be shared by both of you so a total of 8 people.

Overall the place is clean, the kitchen is complete with utensils. But when you stay, the hot water doesn't turn on at all. The service is not friendly, towels must be requested first and even then only 2 towels are given.

Last minute I canceled even though I paid in full, I canceled it because of the bad reviews on Google. It's a bit regretful to book without seeing the reviews first on Google.

Homestay is poorly maintained. The kitchen where cooking leaked, the service was not good, we ordered a floor mat because it was wet in the kitchen (leaking) and ordering water refills was not delivered. Photos of all the rooms do not match the facts because they are poorly cared for.

Cleanliness is quite clean but hot water only flows the first day, the second day the hot water is gone, the waiter on the phone doesn't come, imagine Dieng whose water looks like ice, we finally took a bath by boiling water.

New building but poorly maintained. The manager is not good, what is asked for is only yes, but without action, only php. Asked for a rag because it was muddy but there was no response, not recommended.

WiFi is not smooth. The cable tv is not smooth too.

It's nice to be able to stay here, everything is complete, but the hot water flows a little. All are well satisfied. Just surprised to park the car 1 day 25k. But why are you satisfied at this Diengcool inn. great.

The current condition does not match the photo, it is poorly maintained, it is not clean, there is no carport and parking on the side of the road is subject to 25,000 / car per night . Ask for dry cloths and mats not to be given, as long as they are used they are not cleaned.

Quite comfortable. Easy to access.

The inn is quite good & worth it for the price, the parking area is spacious, only we are not comfortable with the bathroom there is a smell that doesn't wear at all & is very disturbed, overall good!
