Staffnya friendly and helpful! Karena abis pindah hotel jd dateng lebih awal dan dibantu early check in. Lokasi strategis, gampang cari makan dan ngafe, deket bgt dari Tunjungan Plaza, hotelnya juga bersih, udah bbrp kali nginep sini dan selalu jadi hotel pilihan utk nginep tiap kali ke Surabaya.

Stay yg nyaman di hotel 88. Ada masalah di gorden tapi diselesaikan secara cepat. Sayang banget sarapannya terbatas pilihannya, pdhl ningepnya weekend. Mungkin karena bulan puasa ya. Overall recommended kok.
