The staff is not very friendly. Luckily the Wi-Fi is very fast. The natural atmosphere is a bit lacking, the towels are already yellowing. Hot water is safe, the food is not very varied but it is enough for transit.

You won't regret booking a room here! The first impression when I saw the hotel building for the first time was a little hesitant, but when checking in the staff were very friendly even though we checked in earlier than the hotel's stipulated time, but were not charged at all. Lucky for me!! :D When I entered the room it was really beyond expectations, the room was nice and very comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and tidy Very worth it for the price of the room!! The slight drawback is in the breakfast menu because the menu served is quite minimal, maybe because it's Eid so many kitchens are on leave (positive thinking). For those of you with a jumbo stomach, you can probably find additional breakfast menus outside the hotel hehe The location of the hotel is also very close to the city center and a 5-minute walk to Superindo Overall the service is quite satisfying, if I go to Madiun again I will definitely book here. Thank you Hotel Bali Madiun :))

worth it for the price of 275 thousand (booked by traveloka) for a superior room. Facilities: Towels, Soap, Hot Water, TV, AC, breakfast. The room is also clean.

friendly hotel staff from security to front office all friendly, just a little note wifi is not enough to reach the room, for the room is very comfortable and clean, hot water works well, and access to the city center is very close to the town square and culinary center and close to the superindo supermarket which is very helpful if you need something, and recommended for those who need a place to stay in the middle of Madiun city.

Dapat breakfast, ada sabun cair dan padat, handuk. Tidak ada sandal hotel, sikat dan pasta gigi. Parkir kendaraan cukup, lokasi dekat pusat kota. Stasiun saluran TV tidak bisa ditangkap, ada wifi, pegawai terbatas. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan baik di kamar maupun di lingkungan hotel.

Lack of cleanliness. I stayed for 3 nights and only got 2 free bottles of mineral water, sachet coffee + tea + sugar on the first day. Sheets, blankets and pillow cases were also not changed every day. I only got toiletries such as towels, soap & shampoo on the first day.
