Pros: - Good location near eateries, markets, and malls. - Lower price with breakfast package. Cons: - Lack of professional service, such as from receptionists and housekeeping. - Unlike other hotels, its housekeeping won't do their duties unless is requested by guests. - Unable to let online taxi drivers to pick up in the lobby. - Room cards will be deactivated at around 2 PM SG time everyday even though the guests stay for few nights, which is very troublesome for guests to keep going down to activate it. - Hot water in bathroom is not sufficiently hot. Overall, management should look into staffs performance in order for guests to keep coming back.

The location is good for grab foods, just a few metres to BCS Mall and the local wet market and a lot of massage place surround the hotel.
