Check in must be at 14.00, even I have requested to check in at 12.00, receptionist refused and asked me to come back at 14.00 how disappointing. The room was not so clean as I found much hair on the floor and especially in the bathroom. The fridge was not working. The worst thing there was so many mosquitoes that made me awake all the night. Maybe I was just unlucky, got a 'not ready' room or this hotel need to be improved. Thanks
