The room smells of cigarettes. There are tissues and masks under the bed. Dirty sheets with lots of spots. The bathroom faucet was broken. AC cannot be turned on with the remote. Had to get on the chair and turn on the manual.

Stuffy, a bit dirty, the photo in the application is different from the real thing. For this price, if you use other hotel applications, you can get better ones. Well, really can't expect more for this price.

Can be on the 3rd floor with high stair access, cramped rooms, lacking cleanliness. Just stay overnight here. with the price of 270 thousand per night, should be better. This is not a hotel if in my opinion, just like a boarding room, the AC is not cold.

The room I ordered is a family room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. The room is clean and tidy following the bathroom. Pillows and blankets were clean. The service is good and friendly. Although the price does not include breakfast but we are provided with compliment 4 instant cup noodles + 4 mineral water. At the reception is also provided hot water, tea and coffee (self service) for guests. Recommended!
