Nice hotel and the rooftop with pool. Breakfast also great, many of choice of food. The only thing that need to improve is the parking management, I found the difficulties to find the parking space, valet service maybe a solution.

This is my second time staying here and I'm completely satisfied, I was able to early check in ag 12, the staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and clean, I also really love their rooftop pool, the view is marvelous 🥰

Breakfast cukup enak dengan pilihan menu yang cukup beragam. Amenities lengkap, sayangnya fragrance sabun dan juga lotion nya too bad mirip seperti obat.

Kami check in di malam hari karena perjalanan jauh dan menyetir. Awal sampai hotel dan akan check in malah pihak receptionist mengatakan kamar yg sesuai request kami (non smoking room dan one large bed) sudah habis hanya ada 2 opsi, opsi pertama kamar non smoking dengan bed tipe single yg digabung atau opsi kedua kamar smoking dengan bed tipe kingsize. Padahal kami sudah request lewat aplikasi dan dari pihak hotel sudah mencatat request kami. Akhirnya kami memilih opsi 1. Lalu setelah kami masuk kamar 5 menit tiba2 ditelpon pihak recepsionist kalau kamar sesuai keinginan kami tersedia dan akan dishowing ke kami. Kalau memang sejak awal ada kenapa saat awal datang tadi disebut tidak ada? Plin plan ya dan membuat kami repot saja pindah2, padahal kami capek dan ingin istirahat tapi harus mengalami service yg buruk seperti ini. Bed cover juga tidak bersih, banyak stain. Kamar yg dominasi putih juga banyak stain, tidak seperti di foto.

Staff ramah, kamar bersih, nginep disini 2kamar, yg downgrade ga diksh lebihan harga kamar, sdgkan yg upgrade harus nambah selisih. Hehehe

Hotelnya bagus banget. Bersih, nyaman, kasur luas dan empuk jadi bisa nyenyak beristirahat setelah perjalanan jauh. Dapat free minibar, AC nya dingin banget, bahkan udah dimatikan tetap terasa dingin kamarnya. Untuk sarapannya, nasi goreng terasa hambar mungkin bisa dikoreksi lagi rasanya sebelum disajikan, selainnya enak masakannya.

The hotel just fine. There was no streaming service on TV (just cable TV channels). The room is sleek, free minibar options were limited, amenities were all good, and merapi could be seen from our room (6th Floor). The hotel could take 30 mins using Motorcycle to the city center.
