The staff was friendly, but the room was dirty, the bathroom dirty, the bed itself not clean enough, the air con were not working properly. Seems like this facility haven't been maintain quiet a long time. One good thing is that the park area quiet nice.

Reseptionist yang sinis, memberikan kembalian ID saya pakai buang muka dan pakai 1 tangan lagi. Tolong bisa mentrainingkan lagi Managementnya dg Greeting & grooming yg lebih baik ke staffnya. Hotel tampak tidak di rawat dengan baik, dari linennya (sheet, bad math, bath towel) sangat memprihatinkan. Semoga next bisa berbenah lebih baik lagi.

First of all, the front desk agent is a bit old to have such job, had no hospitality or whatsoever. Theres no security and/or valet parking. The room has insect, crack on the floor and on the wall, the bathroom still has stain and no toiletries. The AC needs repair. Very disappointment for staying in 3 star hotel but have such bad service. My bad of not having any picture for evidence, but its from room 312 & 319.

First of all, it's a budget stay. The female receptionist seem to be the owner of this building therefore she isn't like receptionist you usually find in other places. But she wasn't rude at all, answered all of my questions in friendly tone. The place is old and nearly empty. It was a bit spooky but still bearable for the price. But the toilet really needs deep cleaning since the rusty stain will get people worried to use it (even when it ' s actually from the water).

Really bad. The lady in reception is really Unfriendly. Dirty Bed cover and worn towel. Unstable Wifi connection, Very not profesional and not recommended for Business travel

I order 3 executive room. One of the room got upgraded to business room. Two rooms' bed sheets has stain (and even blood stain on it). The business rooms' air conditioner was leaked and the room smell of cigarettes. The water was yellow. I asked for room change, but they said no other executive rooms available. And they can only offer a change of bed sheets. Because of it, I check out soon after that, and look for another hotel.

the women receptionist not friendly and bad service. No toilletries and soap, dull towel and internal telephone was inactive
