Had a great experience staying here. I requested for a small birthday decoration and they fulfilled it. Thumbs up for that. One thing that I'd like to note is that there's still room for improvements regarding the breakfast. But overall, it's nice staying here. I'll definitely comeback.

Js luwansa located at strategic location. I love how the room is spacious, good mattress for rest, and staff 's hospitality is excellent. Although it 's very short stay here, I really enjoy the ambience this hotel create. What I don't like, the wall is thin so I can hear clearly the laugh, the chat at next room.

Breakfast was not good at all. Service is good, Mr. Kusbiantoro as a duty manager knows how to treat customer well, he was doing a great job!

The service was great, room was great, the pool is good, and the staffs are really kind. Just hope they improve their selection of local food menu at the restaurant. My kid left his phone in the lobby, they found it and kept it until we came back to get it. It was really awesome how they reacted to our call and how they maintain that phone. Thanks! Will be staying here again for sure.

A great hotel with a great city view. If you book Premiere Room you will get welcome snack like fruits, and you will get opening cocktails also. The staffs are very friendly, especially Mas Fachrizal who help us in the restaurant when we had breakfast. The hotels also have a great pool, you can see Rasuna Said Street and buildings around hotel. And, the foods are so good. The croissant is so tasty, you should try it! It's a nice place, hopefully we can stay here again:)
