At night, the air was covered by smokes from people smoking outside. So book only when you think you can handle breathing in the air of smokes all night. I booked here because people's reviews said it was so great and actually the staff and owner were so nice. They agreed on rescheduling my booking on the app when I made a grave mistake by booking on a wrong date. The rooms were clean too. But the smoking people at night destroyed all their efforts. The first night here, the room and toilet, albeit a little cramped, were good and the AC was cold. Although the TV was unusable, everything was so perfect until 8 pm when my cold AC began to feel like smoke. So it was cold but mixed with the smoke odor. I thought it would last for minutes. Oh boy, it lasted till the dawn so I had to sleep with facemask on. Then in the next day, I asked to be moved to the room at the back. Luckily, the TV here was working and I thought the smoke would never reach there. Wrong again. It still could reach this room until the dawn so again, I had to sleep with facemask on. Not to mention at this back room, in the night, the AC was not working therefore it was hot as hell. Strangely, in the morning it was cold enough so I don't know why it didn't work properly last night. So yeah, I really hope I could give a great review to people who really helped me out but I couldn't lie that I was not comfortable in the two different rooms that I booked. I thought by moving to the back room will solve my smoking problem but not only it was not the case but there was another big problem like broken AC. My suggestion for the management is manage your smoking policy because the smoke can reach all the way to the back. It was very disturbing because those people were smoking all night. Also fix all those broken equipment like TV and AC. Hopefully there would be the day when I could give this accommodations such a great review like others.

The check-in was very fast. Hospitality of the staffs was great. The location is superb, very close to down-town, malls, schools, universities, traditional markets, shops, hospitals, and many other public places. In addition to that, the room price was very cheap for a very clean decent room and its facilities. Overall, this accommodation is one of the most comfortable and budge-friendly you can get in Surabya. Strictly highly recommended!
