Had a staycation with family in connecting rooms at the Leedon Hotel. A delightful experience with outstanding facilities, services and accommodations. Clean rooms, good pool view, good staff service, good spa facilities, etc. Unfortunately it was tarnished by checking the room attendant. Our bottled coffee was left behind and there was no info to guests about it. As soon as we remembered, we checked at the hotel and it was confirmed that we had missed it but the item was damaged. The hotel even asked us again what we wanted. No responsible action was taken on the part of the hotel staff. Already put another review about this but it wasn't posted. Hopefully the hotel's services can be further improved so that guest trust can increase further.

Room attendant checking for left items: Bad. (the bottled coffee was left in the refrigerator and was not communicated to the guest. Guest just realized that it had been left behind after returning home and confirming with the hotel. The hotel picture finally re-confirmed that the item was indeed left behind but the bottle had broken and was damaged. An irresponsible answer for lost item) Front office & hotelier service: perfect (helpful & communicative for guest ' s request) Hospitality: perfect. Facilities & rooms: perfect. Cleanliness: perfect. Spa services: perfect. Facilities: perfect. Children christmas activity: perfect. Kids were so happy. Though our family was very pleased to stay there, unfortunately the assessment & impression can not be perfect 100 % cause of that matter.

This is my first experience staying at a Leedon hotel, and very memorable. The rooms are luxurious, clean, spacious, affordable prices. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Leedon hotel
