Staycation
The cigarette smell from the lobby, lounge and empty cafeteria was so strong that it entered my non smoking room. Hopefully some changes could be made to protect non smokers. It was my first choice always when staying in Batam for more than 10 years.

Had visited Batam for more than 10 years and this is the hotel that I had been staying every time. Comfortable and good location. Everything you need is just walking distance away.

Romantic Vacation
Rooms is not what we expected with the price I paid! Bed was uncomfortable, toiletries items insufficient. Unhappy stay.

Stayed for 14 nights, first of all there’s no sign please clean/don't disturb, so every morning we have to go down to reception to tell them to clean room, l did but 5 days from 14 days they forgot to clean. Second the breakfast isn't good at all, for who want to stay here..just book without breakfast, around the hotel a lot coffee shop serve better breakfast. Third, very noisy lot singaporean or malaysian guests who stay there and they talked loud in the aisle and you can hear it loudly. Forth, water was stopped in the last day we stayed and we couldn't shower. Good part is, close to shopping centre, foodcourt, coffee shop and market. If you don't rent car, this is maybe ok place to stay for 1-2 night if you come to batam because everything l mention above is in walk distance so you will not get hassle by taxi.

The superior room are awesome, I feel like having a second home there, the room and the wash room are great, way beyond my expectations, and the staff so damn nice to us.
