Ordering via website has a special request but non-smoking is not realized, the remaining application is smoking, the upgrade to pay again is finally grounded to be able to enjoy a smoking-free application.

I've order executive room, when I arrived customer service said that Executive room are full & he said to down grade to deluxe room, not upgrade room (no refund) Then I have the room with lots of cockroaches 😓 I'm so disappointed.
