I stayed here for 2nites for my birthday celebration at the deluxe room which is very huge compare to other hotel, the hotel greeted us with unique welcome drink & a slice of birthday cake in my room, thanks. Really awesome place, Pak Theo the Duty Manager were helpful as well. Hotel decoration with Christmas vibes really beautiful, would defenitely recommend to everyone to stay here it's really worth the price indeed👍would love to come back again next time I visit Solo.

Room is spacious, clean. Staffs are friendly. The only suggestion for better service is to provide soundproof walls because we heard our neigbours’ activities next door.

Untuk luas kamar enak, tapi untuk kebersihan kurang. 1. Begitu kami datang pintu masuk rusak (pasti cleaning service dan harusnya ada tim controlling bisa check hal basic masa pintu rusak ga ketauan. 2. Dikasi stempet atau pelumas di pintu, alhasil setiap buka pintu kena oli ke badan 🤣 ini bener menguji kesabaran, dibersihin apa lap biasa ga bisa. Itu uda jelas ga mungkin bisa di stempet, uda kemungkinan engsel rusak sampe buka tutup. Pintu rusak🥲. 3. Ketel ga berjalan dengan baik, otomatis rusak kalau uda mendidih. Alhasil gosongg tuh ketel sampe bau gosong. 4. Diganti ketel kedua, dipake la buat steril botol anak. Selanng jam 9 saya check botol anak saya kenapa ada putih2 dan kasar, dari bahan pp, sampe silicone? Kerak atau pake obat ga tau, saya pas bgtu sadar bener2 kaya bedak dakian semua barang cucian botol bayi. Jujur uda males banget complained tapi keburu kesel, cuci botol susu anak sampe 3x karena kerakan dari ketel itupun ga ilang. Rasanya bukan liburan yah, dan kebayang kalau anak2 bayi pake masak air panas dari ketel. Kalian kerakan bgtu gmn? Apa ga kesian🥲. 5. Kasur kayu bayi, ini bagus estatika tapi buat bayi si not recommendedyah. Anak kejedot, terus ga dikasi bumper di pinggir kasur🥲. Paham banget tema dan konsep kalian mungkin alam atau apa, tapi ga safety buat bayi. Jujur ini pertama kali saya complained dan marah2 buat holiday dan transit tapi dapat kamar kaya gini, menguras tenaga🥲.
