It could be better from the check-in service, I arrived 19.45 and the room wasn't ready yet, the front office team offered another ready room after 20minutes, but the bedcover was full with stain and pen streak, they changed it though. The rest of the service was OK.

Ac central hotel ini akan membuat anda flu, pengatur suhu sudah di set 30° tapi AC ga nurut dan suhu dingin menusuk di 19°. Tidak seperti hotel Aston, hotel ini tidak menyediakan dispenser. Dan anda akan di charge air minum yang mahal untuk penambahan air minum

The hotel is located in good spot, utilities are amazing most of the staff speaks English and the Room has an international plug which is a big plus considering that the other premium hotels that I stayed in Makassar don't offer the same. As for the complaints the bathroom and toilet needs maintenance, there's stains on the walls, shower heads are moldy, pipes are leaking heavily. The toilet in the room I stayed is very small especially for tall guests like myself. The carpet in the bedroom has stains and even the headboard of the bed has questionable stains all over. Room was given an hour late because of "cleaning" but I think they need to do the cleaning more thoroughly. Location 4/5 (pretty far from airport) Hotel 4/5. Room amenities 4/5. Maintenance 2/5 (please fix the problems) Cleanliness 2/5. Hence my personal total rating will be 3.2.

The hotel was OK. What I like the most is the distinct smell (in positive way) everytime I walked into hotel. The spa was great too.
