Good place to spend your time in Surabaya. Near with city center and a lot of facilities. Staffs are very kind and friendly. No debate anymore for the food, one of a kind.

As comfortable as always but room 627 is much smaller than 626. Not worth fabulous king room price.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih, staffnya ramah2, untuk yg mau ke Sby dan bawa bayi + Toddler, di sini rekom banget 😍 krn tersedia kitchen yg peralatannya lumayan lengkap (bisa buat masa MPASI), dan terhubung dengan mall marvel city bisa ajak anak2 main tanpa harus jauh2.

Most of the exterior is already showing signs of old age. The room we are staying at is fine. But oddly the room feels familiar, much like being at home. Basement parking is a little tricky and we had a small inconvenience where our room RF card reader ran out of battery. So we had to wait a few minutes for it to get changed. Overall, for the current price point it ' s worth the price.
