the prices is quite expensive for the room and facilities... the wifi is not available on 3rd floor, and the hot water didn't work... and also, the room is kinda mess

I am not a fussy traveler but this hotel is very bad. The only thing is the staff is very nice and helping a lot. I travelled with my mom, husband and siblings. The aircond isn’t functioning (i tell you the room is very hot when there’s no aircond even though it is raining season), the water heater isn’t functioning too (the water of because is very cold), the bed got cockroaches. The smells, it feels like im in a chicken farm. if I travelled with my husband only, I might close one eye, but with family and kids, I think it is worst. Please spend a bit more for hotel. Hope this help.
