The rooms are very clean and tidy, all peripheral seems to be well maintained, all staff is helpful and really friendly. All is great but only one thing I need to raise the concern: the additional breakfast pax is outrageous! With the given meals on the menu, IDR50 is more sensible!

The room quality is bad, and the water is leaking out from the shower place as there was no tray or different level of flooring, so it made everything around it wet. The food quality is not as expected. We ordered from the roof top restaurant and it took ages to arrive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay and quite clean. The food at the rooftop restaurant was quite nice, and the breakfast had many variations and tasted fine. However, the TV only had a few channels, and I hope they can upgrade it to TV cable or Netflix. The room needs some repairs on the wallpaper, and it is not soundproof.
