The staff was friendly, the bed was okay, there was blanket although kind of thin. The only problem I had was the fact that I can hear all sorts of noise at ANY hour of the day, so, I won't recommend this place to those who doesn't bring headphones during travel and/or want some quiet and peace whils staying.

Lokasi strategis, pelayanan baik. Hanya saja lokasi di sekitar hotelnya agak kumuh (dekat tumpuka sampah). Pintu kamar mandi kurang ideal untuk menahan air (banjir keluar). Kamar mandi tidak ada wastafel dan gantungan baju.

Location is a plus, close to Tunjungan Plaza and city center. The building is pretty new/just got renovated. The entry level room is very small, no wardrobe. A big turn off is they don't provide blanket! Only a bed sheet to cover yourself under a chilly Aircon. I got running nose just after a night stay. No water heater, no washbasin.

I really enjoyed staying at Orange Hotel Surabaya. However, in my opinion, the Air Conditioner wasn't cool enough as it used to be. For the staff and receptionist, they were very warm and friendly.

Comfortable, friendly staff, strategic location. Awesome for that kind of price. Just need trash bin inside the room. The rest are awesome. Will be back.
