For the price of 100 thousand, the hotel is okay, comfortable. The minus is that there is only 1 power plug, and even then under the tv, then when inside there is no internet signal, using wifi is also not reachable in the room.

Semua pelayananan oke, waktu saya dan keluarga tanya password wifi, jawab resepsonis maaf pak beda tempatnya, dan beda menenjemen wifi tidak terjangkau ke wilayah atau blok saya tempati. AC, TV, air, kebersihan oke. Tolong menejemen dan hotel bintang tingkatkan kualitas layanan, tarik kabel line beli luter wifi tidak rugi kok. Satu lagi saya order lewat aplikasi kok atribut di kamar pakai oyo ya.

Riwayat menginap yang buruk, dan pengalaman pertama, karena selama ini kalau nginap di hotel * dan kita member # priority. 1. Check in susah, terlalu kaku/normatif. 2. Begitu check in, sabun sikat gigi pasta dan shampo gak tersedia. 3. Welcome drink gak ada. Akhirnya claim ke FO untuk beli. Sama halnya seperti sewa kamar blong. Alasan nya beda manajemen hotel dan OYO, terlepas dari semua itu, adalah service prima konsumen diutamakan. Seperti nya manajemen perlu di diklat kembali. Bersyukur depan hotel persis ada warung makan yang cocok, jadi hikmah urusan konsumsi aman. Thanks.

Ms. is very friendly, but unfortunately there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided, if the soap is already provided a lot, even though the place is on the side of the road but it is comfortable and quiet.

Kamar banyak sekali nyamuk . Walau saya sudah meminta untuk disemprot pembasmi nyamuk dan serangga tapi masih banyak nyamuknya. Wastafel bocor. Kamar bau asap rokok, padahal sudah request kamar no smoking. Tapi pelayanannya bagus. Ketika meminta isi ulang sabun dikamar mandi yang kosong seketika itu langsung diisikan, meminta untuk disemprot baygon langsung di semprotkan juga. Pelayananya ramah-ramah. Terima kasih Hotel Bintang.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, complaining that hot water cannot be handled immediately👍 usually there are no mosquitoes, only this time it was a little disturbed because of lots of mosquitoes🙏 But overall I was always satisfied staying here 👍👍👍
